Juice Jello

I rarely buy jello from the store as part of our meal. It's too far in the coloring/junk food field for me. Instead I usually make my own juice jello. I like it better than Jello-O personally. You can try different types of juices until you come upon your favorite.

2 cans of undiluted juice (12 oz. each)
1 1/2 -2 cans water
2-3 TB plain gelatin (I use Knox)
any fresh or frozen fruit (optional)

Heat juice, water, and gelatin till it boils. Remove from heat and add fruit. Cool. Good mixtures are: Pineapple and Orange, Grape, Fruit & Berry, Apple.
