Country Breakfast Ceral

To make this nutritious use a brown rice instead of white to get your protein.

3 cups cooked rice
2 cups milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 TB butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
honey, or fresh fruit, optional

In a large saucepan combine rice, milk, raisins, butter, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until thickened.
