Chicken Enchiladas

8-8inch flour tortillas
1 cup cooked chicken
1 ½ cup marble jack cheese
1- 4oz can chopped green chilies
1 cup sour cream
1 -15 oz can enchilada sauce
¾ cup cheddar cheese
Spray 9x13 pan with non stick cooking spray and preheat oven to 375. Combine chicken, marble cheese, green chilies, and sour cream. Spread 2 tsp sauce on center of each tortilla, and place ¼ cup of cheese mixture in center. Roll tortillas, place seam side down in pan. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray.Cover enchiladas.
Bake 45 minutes. Serve with Salsa.
